Marisa Diamond has been working in film production for over a decade, with experience as director, editor, writer, camera operator, and production assistant. Her greatest passions lie in art direction and editing. Marisa enjoys working on screendance, narrative films, and commercial productions. Her love of filmmaking led her to found and direct the annual Circus International Film Festival, and she is currently in early development for a feature length documentary based on her foundational research about the physicality of drag queen performance.
Marisa has worked on independent feature films, music videos, and numerous student films. She was a wardrobe production assistant for Showtime's SMILF, Art Director on a spec pilot, Low Expectations, and editor for the documentary Architecture and Acrobats. Other work includes NYC-based performance artist, Joseph Keckler's Strangers from the Internet music video and NYC indie film, Groove. She has worked on numerous arts news segments and self-developed shorts as well.

Marisa is available for customized demo reel editing for actors, dancers, circus performers, and also specializes in still photography, with a passion for celebrating movement and action, having worked extensively with drag, circus, and musical performers.
